I just wanted to let you know that your cupcakes were absolutely delicious. They were moist and flavorful. The icing was melting in my mouth!! Not too sweet. I have a family of very health conscious people who are not big desert eaters, so I thought I would have some cupcakes leftover. Well, since I served everyone and then had to leave the room for a moment, I almost didn't get one for myself. The non-desert eaters were eating two each!!! Thanks again.
